LaserCutPCBStencils.com proudly offers UPS, FedEx, and USPS ground shipping. Next day and 2nd Day Air shipping are also available with each of these carriers to any of the 48 mainland United States. Alaska and Hawaii shipments are also available with ground, Next Day, and 2nd Day. Sorry, we are not able to ship to Europe and Asia at this time.
(Please note: If you prefer a particular USA shipper or have an account set up with one of them, please specify this information on our Order Page in the box, towards bottom of page, designated for customers to list their order instructions.)
All shipping transit times quoted are business days, not calendar days. Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Since UPS does not ship on Saturdays or Sundays (even for express shipping), the actual delivery date may differ from the estimated transit time. For example: A Next Day Air order, leaving our warehouse on a Friday for New York, will not arrive until Monday, even though it has a one day transit time. Products will be delivered to the address provided during account registration, LaserCutPCBStencils.com is not responsible for delayed product delivery due to correct address routing.
Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS, FedEx, or U.S. Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart and choose a shipping method. Clicking continue will provide you with your order total and estimated shipping charges.
Missing or Lost Items:
We and our suppliers do everything we can to ensure prompt and relievable shipping and handling. However, sometimes things get lost in the mail and these events can be beyond the control of LaserCutPCBStencils.com or its suppliers. Sometimes, there may just be a delay in shipping due to weather conditions across the northern America. So please wait an additional three days passed the original due date before contacting us or your supplier about missing items.
